Introduction
The Welfare Plan is designed to provide valuable information to you and your family about your Dental Benefits, Vision and Hearing Benefits and Special Benefits for eligible Retirees and Spouses of Retirees enrolled in Medicare Part "B", Weekly Disability Benefits, Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits.
You do not have to make contributions for your Welfare Plan coverage. Participating employers make the contributions to pay the cost of the coverage.
This section provides general information about the administration of your benefit plans. These details, as well as the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
Statement of Rights, combine with the plan descriptions to form the summary plan description.
